Is a Limited Liability Company created in the Florida Department of State in October 2015 by Dr. Carlos G. Colon as sole CPA member. With experience in public accounting for more than 30 years in Puerto Rico and the United States. Our work team has academically prepared accounting professionals in federal taxes and audits.

Our Founder Member

Carlos G. Colon earned his Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) in Management in 2013 (AACSB Accredited), his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Federal Taxation in 2007 and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting in 1984. He earned his license as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1986 and his reciprocal license in the Florida State in 2015 and his certification as Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) in 2013.
Carlos G. Colon is an individual practitioner since 1988 and he has been a part time professor of accounting in several universities.
He is member of the:
•American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
•Chartered Institute of Management Accountant
•College of CPA's of Puerto Rico

Our Staff

Axel R. Santos earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Federal Taxation in 2014 (AACSB Accredited) and his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting in 2011. He has been working in public accounting since 2004.

Rosa Ortiz earned her Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting in 2006 and her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) in 1992. She has been working in public accounting since 1996.
